During the first 3 months, we provide the foundational education you need to succeed in building your own real estate investment portfolio.
Meetings are held weekly (for the most part) and will include homework so be prepared to work hard. After all, you didn't think this was easy, did you? Remember, anything worth having is worth working for.
At the conclusion of the 3 months, you will remain an active members of our MastHERMind program (a $1497 Value) in order to connect with, learn from and possibly partner with, working investors who are supporting each other to build their portfolios.
Your instructors will share with you their learnings after decades of investing experience, thousands of dollars in education and millions of dollars invested in Canada, the US and the Caribbean.

This program will run weekly for 3 months on Mondays at 5pm Mountain/7pm Eastern MastHERMind sessions are the 3rd Thursday of the month for 12 months.

2. Real Estate strategies to consider
3. Analyzing and selecting a market
4. Building a proforma & your portfolio as a business
5. How to build a team and who you need on your team
6. How to finance your real estate investments
7. The process of buying and selling
8. Renovations
9. Tenant and property management
10. Marketing, social media, & networking (why and how)
11. Attracting and working with Partners
12. Final Project/submission which includes a presentation of your learnings, a potential deal and the steps required to finalize your deal.
